Costa Rica - Is this a Tanager? Which? (2 Viewers)

Feb 11th 2017, Playa Cativo - a lodge in the Piedras Blancas National Park on the Golfo Dulce. In the Rain Forest, 200-300 m from the sea.

Is this a Tanager - if so, which. I can't match the colours to any in my Field Guide. If not a Tanager, then what?

Any ideas appreciated!
