Dialyt 18-45x65 Noise inside when shaking normal? (1 Viewer)

I bought a Dialyt 18-45x60 Scope. When I shake the Scope I can hear a noise inside the Ocular like a „clac“.
Is that normal? Anyone have this problem? The picture is okay.
