Duluth, MN 10/8 Weird bird in lighthouse (1 Viewer)

Sorry for the terrible quality. I was walking around w/o camera or binoculars in Duluth, MN 2 weeks ago.

Any guesses what this bird could be? It was in a hole in a lighthouse on the shoreline.

I was wondering if it was a dove or pigeon, just wasn't sure about the colors. It's throughly zoomed in though taken with my phone.
