Hi Andy
It's at the bottom car park, In the bushes on the right hand side of the path, leading between the gate and the screen.
###
Hi Ian, is the Grasshopper Warbler around the bottom Carpark area?
Thanks
Andy
Yep! Two were present this morning. One could be heard from the car park and another towards the screen. That one was showing very well this morning in the brambles right on the edge of the path both sides of the path, though it moves between three different patches that I've seen.
aye good to see you ray, cracking shot of the lesser whitethroat not an easy one to capture. i managed to get a couple of shots of the green sandpiper just after you left the flats.Sandhaven beach.
2 sandwich terns on the waters edge then feeding off shore, eider on the rocks beside the pier and flock of sanderling on the rocks. Iceland gull and kittiwake on the North side of the pier + Linnets and mipits.
Also nice bumping into Kieth Mac as we returned from the beach :t:.
Trow quarry lots of meadow pipits and linnets, also lesser white throat.
3 ring ouzels reported and redstart, but failed on them.
Called at Bolden Flats , where me met Kieth again, no sign of the garganey while were there, but another lesser whitethroat was close by.
Excellent day :t:.

Hi There,
Could anyone please ID this bird for me..
Seen on the moors, seemingly just hanging on the wind, at some points appearing to be completely static in mid air. When flying it had slow 'flappy' wingbeats and was mobbed a few times by Lapwings and Jackdaws / Crows...
Apologies for the poor shot but it is a hefty crop as the bird must have been approx 1/2 mile away..
