I just want to mention that you should take into consideration what you want to show with the photos you post. For example, if you want to demonstrate how sharp a lens is, you should use a "100% crop" - i.e. take the original image right out of the camera and crop a section of it that is 900 pixels x about 650, and save it as a jpg, with NO RESIZING/RESAMPLING.

If you want to show the entire image, then you should resize/resample it down to 900 x whatever, do a minor sharpening on it (resizing always blurs an image slightly, so you should try to restore it to the original look).
