Eurasian or Caspian reed warbler, Jeddah (1 Viewer)

Hello Ammadoux,
have you excluded Marsh Warbler? I dont say it is one, but overall picture seems warm/slight brownish biased, at least on my screen.
Do you have more pictures?
I agree with you, that its one of these three smaller Acrocephalus warbler for me, too, but I cant say which.
Despite that, my thoughts: compared to a Reed Warbler from Germany, this bird has
  • a quite long pp
  • quite pronounced pale crescents of the primaries
  • quite stout base of the blunt-tipped bill
  • quite pale claws
Yes, this is all within variation for an European Reed Warbler, even in combination. Therefore my hesitation to ID this bird. But I would like to hear other thoughts (or even an identification)
