Had an issue with my eyepiece recently. Purchased my Endurance scope in 2014. The eyepiece was coming away in two pieces.
Sent it off to Hawke yesterday and had an E-mail to confirm they had received it. On inspection it was missing the locking ring. They rectified this today. Just received another e-mail to say I should get the eyepiece back tomorrow. Admittedly a probable simple fix but an outstanding turnaround. Very pleased with Hawke since I’ve purchased the scope.
