Photo taken at the Pacific coast in January. Is it a Green or an Amazon Kingfisher?

Green and Amazon Kingfishers are chestnut and green and have all-dark bills; Ringed are chestnut and blue-grey and have bi-colored bills.
Most simply, Green is small, Amazon is 3X meatier, and Ringed has 6X the mass of Green.
