Harrier - Essex UK (1 Viewer)

Hi - took these photos quickly in poor light. Almost sure it is Hen Harrier because the wings and body are light underneath but then started doubting myself because there are darker patches clearly visible in the centre wing area from above in photo 5 and the body looks darker in photos 4 and 6.

So confirmation whether it is marsh or hen harrier please?
