I'm having trouble with these two birds photographed in Georgia, US. Is it possible to tell what they are?

House finch and a warbler of some sort, I'm thinking Magnolia Warbler, would it be possible to lighten the second photo?

Prairie Warbler I think, wait for more opinions.

I don't see any way it's possible to get a conclusive ID on the warbler. It could be a Prairie, but it also could be a Cape May, Yellow, or possibly even Palm, Pine, Tennessee, etc.
