This pictures was taken in Sarapampa Beach - 108 Km. south of Lima Peru
It is a Gray-Hooded Gull or Brown-Hooded Gull?
Any help would be appreciated

What about the leg and bill colour? is it age or season related or is it an abnormality of this individual?
