Well, Charlotte is back! Her given name by a friend of mine, Patsy. It fits her well. She showed up 22 days earlier than last year and had a look at it, while the male was swimming on the creek and waiting for her.
Last year the camera crashed after she laid her 3rd egg and while I was out of the country. Hopefully, this second year will be the one where we will be able to follow the full process from the first egg to them leaving the nest. Stay tuned. I'm uploading videos as she lays her eggs.
