Is this a Marsh Tit or Willow Tit or something completely different? :h?:

It is habitat as much as what the bird looks like that can give us the id. The id features are quite clear on this bird but had they not been I would still have gone Marsh Tit.

generally I'd agree, but there are plenty of places I know of where the two can be found together. (They're both a lot commoner here). Admittedly, these are usually places where more mature trees favoured by the marsh tits meet the scrubbier damp open patches favoured by the willows.
 
What is there about this photo CB that makes you think its habitat favoured by marsh tit

Looking at the background I feel the habitat is more suitable for Marsh Tit. It may just be a subjective thing I have developed over the years but the background habitat feels right for Marsh Tit. Not sure thats really helped answer the question in any way.
