These two birds seemed to stick together so I think they're mates. The bird in the last two pictures is missing feathers on their neck and their wing was drooping slightly but they were able to fly.

These are Common Mynah birds, an introduced or escaped now feral species. They are quite hardy, even with injuries.

Yes, Common Mynahs. If they can fly there is little that you can do to catch the injured Mynah.
 
I wonder if a predator got ahold of it, or if that's a disease causing it to lose feathers? Poor thing. Not much you can do if you can't catch it, and I'm not sure a wildlife rehabber would take it anyway, since it's not a native species.
