Lightroom denoise (1 Viewer)

Hmmm. Don't have a problem with images coming from my R5 using CRAW, though it does take quite a bit of time with these 45 mega pixel images, often a couple of minutes. Definitely tempted to use it as a valid excuse to get a new PC....

I don't use Canon but aren't all raw files the same size? If it is saying large then maybe you are actually shooting jpegs, which LR Denoise won't work on.

Canon offers different RAW formats that are smaller than "full" RAW. The exact ones on offer depend on the camera model. sRAW and mRAW are smaller pixel count versions of the full image, whereas cRAW is compressed.

It is also worth bearing in mind that all RAW formats are different and usually model dependant. Your software may need to be updated to support newer camera models.
