Locked Image help please (2 Viewers)

Hi all I have just moved over from a bridge camera to a dlsr (Nikon) My camera says the images I am taking are unlocked so when I open them in nx studio they show the locked symbol and any adjustments I make to an image and crops do not save to computer all that is save is the original image - tried the unlock in the studio but it does nothing ? what am I missing please

If you view an image on your camera LCD is doesn’t show the locked symbol, correct?

I don’t use Studio NX myself so I cant help you there other than suggest that you first check that it’s the latest version of NX and if so you could try deleting it and loading it again.
