Mystery song - Lanark Highlands, Ontario (1 Viewer)

Looking for thoughts on a rather pretty mystery bird song at Purdon Fen yesterday. It occurs immediately after a Red-winged Blackbird song in the attached sound file. It doesn't seem to match any bird I know. Possibilities I've considered are a variant Blue Jay call, or a dialect of Baltimore Oriole.
