Nilgiri or verditer flycatcher? Oct, western ghats aka Nilgiris in Kerala, India (1 Viewer)

Are these the same bird? Anyway, both images seem to show Nilgiri.

I am not sure if they are the same bird. Both were shot within a few minutes of each other on the same bush but I think there were a few of them there.

Attached is a pic of what I think is a Verditer flycatcher that I shot in Pune, Maharashtra. Can you confirm?
