I assumed this was an African Collared Dove but lack of neck ring, and peculiar beak shape leaves me pondering. Also looked a little smaller than the other AFD feeding nearby. Any thoughts?

Hmm, both look heavily leucistic, far more likely to have originated from Eurasian Collared Dove rather than African I'd say?
