Peregrine? Spreewald, Germany (1 Viewer)

Hi, Can I check this presumed peregrine seen today in the Spreewald (mixed arable/wetland area)? At first I thought Hobby, which I'm even less familiar with, but I think it's too bulky for that? Both pics are the same bird.
