Peruvian Hummers. (1 Viewer)

N-Peru:
Leymebamba: Kenticafé -> Sword-billed hummer, Rainbow-bearded Starfrontlet, Marvelous Spatuletail
Huembo (near Pomacochas) also has Little Woodstar
Ecoan lodge at Abra Patricia (haven't been there, but feeders should be good)
Fundo Alto Nieva (3-4kms below Ecoan) has Royal Sunangel in the right season (have to check when)
Aguas Verdes has Blue-fronted and Green-fronted Lancebill, Rufous-crested Coquette and Napo Sabrewing
Moyobamba also has Rufous-crested Coquette + 10 more species at most times

S-Peru (manu road) also has great hummers at Wayqecha lodge, Cock-of-the-rock lodge and Amazonia lodge + higher altitude hummers around Cuzco.

Let me know if you want more info... C-Peru hardly has any good lodges for hummers.

This said, I don't find Peru a hummer-feeder-fest country. Ecuador and Colombia are better in this respect...
