Hi,

Could this be a Lesser kestrel?
I initially thought it was a common but after studying a bit harder it seems paler on the chest and less dots than a Common Kestrel

Adult male + obvious moustache = not lesser kestrel. And the wing formula is wrong. In my opinion.
