Red Crested Pochard?- Glos. UK (1 Viewer)

Saw these three today nr Bourton in Gloucestershire. pretty sure that they red-crested pochards, question is are they 'just' red crested pochards, are they hybrids and how unusual are they for this location at this time of year?

Thanks Tom, I'd forgotten about the water park and I was hoping that they weren't escapes from a collection, although I guess three together makes that less likely. That's great, a year tick!
