Sailing in Virginia (1 Viewer)

Hi

I'm going to be sailing from Kinsale into Chesapeake Bay in the middle of May. As I am the only birder on the boat I would appreciate any suggestions as to good birding locations. My friends like wild places so I should be able to push them in the right direction. Any advice on cetaceans would also be welcome as I know nothing about the area.
