Seems wrong in various ways. I guess speckle-fronted weaver - the black bill is ok, despite what the book shows.

I shan't dispute it! - but nor can I see anything to support it. Pale flycatcher? - pass.
I think you're right, on close inspection though, it appears 'scalloped' right down to it's underparts?
