Shorebirds in newfoundland (1 Viewer)

I’ve come across two shorebirds this week on Newfoundland, and am having trouble identifying them. Their wings appear to be longer than their body, so i’m thinking either baird’s sandpiper or white-rumped sandpiper. I wasn’t even thinking when I saw them, so I didn’t look for a white back when they flew away. not sure if there’s a way to tell them apart other than that. so…on the bird with the semipalmated plovers, I think I maybe see white on its rump between the wings? So maybe white-rumped on that one? Although it looks pretty small beside the plovers, and I think the white-rumped is bigger than a baird’s. Anyway. I’ll let you guys look at the pictures and give me suggestions. Thanks in advance. Ps. The first four pictures are of the first bird. Last three pictures are of the second bird.

The first bird looks to me like a juvenile Semipalmated Sandpiper. The second seems okay for juvenile Baird's Sandpiper.

I agree, a forlorn-looking Semipalmated and a Baird's.
