Shrike - Panjin, Liaoning, China (1 Viewer)

Late in the year for here, (Panjin, Liaoning, China), but apparently no one told this fellow. I puzzled over this shrike through the binoculars for awhile, but I have now decided it looks most like a Brown Shrike. Only thing in focus as it flew off was the tail, but the light was better then, showing the ruddy tail color. Visually strikingly wide and deep black eye stripe with the body having a grayish coloration. Female and/or imm. Brown Shrike?
