Some more micros (1 Viewer)

martin kitching

Obsessed seawatcher
I think that micros 1 and 2 are Depressaria pastinacella (both rather worn),
micro 3 I thought was Aspilapteryx tringipennella, although I'm not certain
it's holding it's legs/body in the correct position for a gracillariid.
Micro 4 I don't have a clue....

Confirmations/help with ID gratefully accepted.

cheers

and some more for ID as well

Unidentified 1a and 1b are the same moth, which had been partially eaten.

My guesses (they are guesses):
#1. Very long and narrow, surely a gelechid but not sure which;
#2. Brown House-moth Hofmannophila pseudospretella
#3. One of the Yponomeuta ermines.
#4. ?
Not a chance on the others, although the last could be a Cnephasia.

The first is Blastobasis lacticolella, third is Aspilapteryx tringipennella, 4th is a Cnephasia sp., as is the last of the second batch.

Thanks guys

A nice mix of stuff that I should have been able to identify, one moth where I should have trusted my first ID, and some unidentifiables

cheers
