Hello,
first, I wish you all the best Delia! Gute Besserung!
Yes, its a Mesdow Pipit for me, too. Regarding ageing:
wouldnt may be a little bit to early for a full grown, 'adult' looking Pipit?
the greater coverts seems to worn, lacking the brosd pale wingbar there of fresh juvenile birds
such grey and white birds are regular in worn (?)adult Mesdow pipits in late spring/summer, while fresh Meadow Pipits regularly (?) have cream/buffy/yellowish underparts and more brown pperparts. Yes grey and white juvenile birds are surely within variation, but your bird looks like an adult Meadow Pipit imo (i hope, this doent come out to pedantic)

Thanks Alexander - I'm feeling so much better today.
