I want to have some target birds for Belgium and the Netherlands.
Could anyone give me 3 unusual birds in Belgium that would be rare in the UK, and 3 in the Netherlands that would be rare in the UK.

Yes. It seems a scarcity rather than a rarity in the Netherlands.
