Unusual Birds in the Low Countries (2 Viewers)

Hello all,
I want to have some target birds for Belgium and the Netherlands.
Could anyone give me 3 unusual birds in Belgium that would be rare in the UK, and 3 in the Netherlands that would be rare in the UK.

Some of the interesting ID dilemmas absent from the UK should include:

Short-toed Treecreeper vs Eurasian Treecreeper
Icterine Warbler vs Melodious Warbler

(both pairs of species have similar plumage and engage in mixed singing, so you should have fun with them if you like this sort of thing)

overall, there should be noticeably more species of reed warblers and woodpeckers than in the UK
