Upton Warren (92 Viewers)

24H0 was ringed in the nest on 10/6/13 at Cerney Wick in Cotswold Water Park. It has appeared at Upton in 8 of 10 years from 2015; the years it was not seen being 2016 and 2021 (covid restricted viewing). It bred successfully at Upton in 2019 and probably did so last year. In all 24H0 had been noted on the reserve on over 30 occasions.

This is up and running again, principally for the selfish reason of keeping tabs on scarce and rare stuff, dates etc for future reports, but feel free to bookmark it. I’d be grateful if it wasn’t shared on the hateful X site as I don’t want any bots and shite. I’ll be updating it daily ish and you’ll not need to see my links from Bluesky which I’m sure are a tad annoying! I will be looking here tho for any sighting updates
Cheers

Willow Warbler showing and calling well in hedgerow behind Avocet hide around 10.30 am tried to get photos but it wouldn't keep still. Same for a Blackcap along sailing pool path.
Just off the patch red kite circling over Bromsgrove Town centre 15.45

Yes deleted it by mistake trying to tart it up a bit, embarrassingly. Probably a good thing as there’s too many sites/apps to check to get the news and I’d rather be birding! I’ll just be posting on Bluesky now (until I delete that!) Cheers
