What I was hinting at was that in image 3.4 both birds appear to be pretty much in focus, if the corvid is indeed a carrion/hooded crow then the accipiter is clearly bigger.
Crows habitually mob goshawks in our neighbourhood but largely ignore sparrowhawks except when they are nesting.
