I can't decide between the two , either worn Beet moth or White-shouldered House moth , any thoughts?

Thank you ,I think you are spot-on , i don't know why i didn't think of that as i took a shot of one a few days earlier , but as it was in such bad condition i binned it , the shot not the moth.
