who stole the house martins nest (1 Viewer)

Please excuse my ignorance as I am sure this is probably a common bird. I noticed it on the top of the seat out back flying up to a house martins nest. They had deserted the nest and this bird and partner were now taking it over. Would love an id on the bird.

Hi John it is a Spotted Flycatcher not that common anymore Wish I had them nesting in my garden
