Wilson's Phalarope? Oak Hammock, S. Manitoba, July 27, 2023 (1 Viewer)

Hi, are the attached, not very clear, photos possibly showing a juv. Wilson's Phalarope? I was thinking of a Wilson's Phalarope due to the white on the side of the head/face and the pattern of dark and light on the face. However, I was not sure if the bill would be considered thin enough.
Photos taken at the scrape at Oak Hammock Marsh just north of Winnipeg, Manitoba on July 27, 2023.
