Wrong Wren (1 Viewer)

For anyone, like me, who has the Audubon page-a-day bird calendar, I think we can safely say that today's bird has been misidentified. Unless it is some form from south of the US-Mexico border with which I am unfamilier, this is a House Wren, Troglodytes aedon.

There are no Eurasian wrens south of the border... Tail length (long), colour (pale) and the reduced supercilium are some reasons why it's house wren

He didn't did he? Isn't that an issue on audubons part? So the person who created the post was correct in his assessment? Unless I have misunderstand something.
Audubon says it is a Eurasian Wren, which you can see when you click the picture.

The person who created the post is right: the correct ID is House Wren.
