York, PA, USA -- Possibly a Warbling Vireo? (1 Viewer)

This little friend moved very quickly and this was the best picture I could grab. Warbling Vireo is my first guess though maybe it could be a Philadelphia Vireo?

It's a Vireo, It's not a Warbling, seems too yellow and squatty. White-eyed was my first thought, do you remember if the bird had wing bars? It could be a Philly I guess but it doesn't seem right.
 
Sorry all, I'm new here. Is there any other information I should have included in my initial post or is this just not enough of a picture?

We do ask that you include the location and date in the thread title. I don’t think that was why you got no responses, a lot of folks will not weigh in unless positive and this is a little tough.
