Is this a neddicky? (1 Viewer)

Can someone tell me whether this is a neddicky? The bird was seen in the Soetdoring nature reserve near Bloemfontein in South Africa.

Yes, it is a Neddicky of the race C. f. ruficapillus - tail is not long enough for Lazy Cisticola and the bird is also too pale on the underparts for that species.

Lazy would also be eliminated on distribution as it does not occur in the area where this bird was photographed.
