Up close Damselfly (1 Viewer)

Very nice. I'm guessing that this a single shot, or was focus stacking used?

The damselfly is an immature male Red-eyed Damselfly by the way.

Agree, very nice - sharp focus on eyes, good depth of field.
Macro photography does give a lot of variation in depth of field, so wouldn't have to be focus stacking at all.

The perspective seems a little odd to me (the upper thorax, side on, looks quite scrunched up, giving the image a slightly squashed feel), so perhaps moving your perspective a little one way or the other might have given a greater, cleaner sense of depth... Anyway, a lovely shot.
