A most azuring kingfisher (Ceyx azureus)

Just back from a week spent around Noosa in Queensland, including a half day tour on the Noosa River. One of our most exciting finds was this Azure Kingfisher, of which we have only seen once before.
Habitat
The Azure Kingfisher is never far from water, preferring freshwater rivers and creeks as well as billabongs, lakes, swamps and dams, usually in shady overhanging vegetation.
