A rainy day Rook (Corvus frugileus)

Seeing as it has not stopped raining all day,thought this would be a suitable shot.I do quite like this shot,even though it was taken through a window,still adequate plumage detail and rain drops,better than many of my out door shots!!!.Quite fond of this pr of feeder raiders,who visit several times a day from a nearby rookery.

A bright image despite the rain, and there are superb feather details.

I like this very much, Christine! The raindrops look beautiful on the birds plumage and it looks like a real character.
 
A superb portrait of a rook. The detail of the wet plumage and the raindrops is excellent.This birs is posing well for you.
