Angel coming to earth

I do like this one - not for any particular technical or photographic merit, but simply because I love how the shadow of the primary feathers "zebra stripes" the tern's head, but I can still see a nice catchlight in the eye.

Just a fluke, but I'll take luck over skill any day!

If it's moving you need a bit of luck. You got it ..it's all you need. Superb

(Annette) I love this shot Keith. The shadows and subtle colours are just wonderful, well done, and so says Clive ;)

Wow keith-the shadow of the wing on the bird's head and neck gives it a ethereal look-yes a angelic look-excellent capture my friend-love it.

Absolutely brilliant, Keith! I think all is perfect in this image. Light and shadows, that water is painted in great colours and that little wave gives a good sparkle to this shot.. Love it. :)
