Had a run down to Leighton Moss on Saturday, hoping for a bittern, well I just had missed the only sighting that day by five minutes, and also 10 Bearded tits, so was a bit of a wait until these two appeared, unfortunately not a shot of them on the reeds, was really impressed with the reserve with most of the hides right next to the waters edge, unlike what we have up here in most places, never managed to get all round the place in the day to see other things, hopefully on a brighter day but planning to be back down this Saturday if the weather is ok
