Great shot....looks like a dark morph Little Eagle to me.....thanks for sharing!
 
Wow! Lovely photograph! I almost had a heart attack when I saw the thumbnail thinking Red Goshawk but I bet if you check your fieldguides you'll find it to be a young Swamp Harrier, possibly female. Little Eagles are stockier (shorter tail) and have darker trailing edges to the wings. The face of this is definatley 'harrier'. Little Eagles have broader, square heads. Very nice work anywho! The colours are beautiful. clap clap!
