They keep checking but so far no nest. I have another bluebird house and a Carolina Chickadee took it and I don't have the heart to take it out because it was made with such care and perfection. Did you know that it is actually against the law to disturb a nest?

Well done. I do nesting boxes for many years now. I got one very successful starling nest box that was a safe home to many youngsters for many years now. I do not know the law in SC but why would anyone, with a normal understanding, disturb a breeding bird?
