Hope this shot is acceptable. The magpie did not like cyclists speeding by his tree and I really wanted to catch the action.

Great behavioral shot, Contini! I've seen reports about how these Ozzie magpies just terrorize people - especially cyclists.

OMG. :ROFLMAO: I was immediately sure that this is an Aussie cycle helmet.

The Queensland helmet law came into effect on 1st July 1991. It applies to all ages (Helmet laws: Queensland.). I was well prepared for my time in QLD but did not know this law. Police stopped me, I explained about here (not mandatory) and they did not fine me. After this experience did I always wear my cycle helmet. ;)(y)

LOL, what a magnificent picture of this Magpie going after the cyclist. It appears the cyclist have been by here a few times before. Brilliant work Contini!
