Jackdaw against the sky (Corvus monedula)

When we stopped for lunch at Råa (coffee and sandwiches on a bench) this Jackdaw joined us even though we didn't feed it. I'm tired of the Jackdaws in our garden as they eat our fat balls in no time and chase the smaller birds away but this one was a real charmer. I took a lot of more conventional portraits and behaviour shots but I like this one best.
From now on I'll alternate pictures from our trip with newer pictures.
I couldn't post yesterday due to unforeseen circumstances and I'm not sure if I'll post again tomorrow or on Tuesday.
