Common Starling (Sturnus vulgaris)

This starling has gone fluffed up and spikey at me because it's annoyed with me. I put peanut butter out then stood guard over it so the smaller birds could get some. I wouldn't let the starling near it. It hopped from branch to branch fluffing its feathers and vocalizing all sorts of noises at me. The starling equivalent of curses maybe?

Looks as if this Starling has a high charge of static electricity (lol). Marvelous picture with its feathers standing on end. TFS Bill!
