Taken a little while ago at a lake near Cardiff. Been a slow and quiet garden for me for a while, hoping to get out and get some shots of birds soon.

Beautiful shot, Must be a cousin to the Grebe's we have here in Kodiak Alaksa. I was in Cardiff in October but didn't see any Grebes.

What pretty colours in that water Alan. I love the way your grebe is just mooching about with the tip of his bill in the water.
