Guinea Paper Wasp (Polistes exclamans: Vespidae) 2.0-4.0 cm (0.8-1.6 in) long. Drinking water.
Habitat
Blackland Prairie vegetation area. Oxbow lined with black willow trees with soccer fields on one side and tame pasture on the other at ca. 177 m (581 ft) elevation.
Location
Lions Park, Temple, Bell County, Texas, USA.
